Ordering

How do I place an order?: Add what you want to the basket and send it on WhatsApp, or use the buy button on a single product page. Either way the message arrives with the items and quantities already written out. We reply with the total and confirm delivery.
Why are there no prices on the site?: Prices move with stock and with quantity, and a number printed on a page goes stale quickly. We quote on the message so the figure you get is the one that applies today.
Can I order in bulk?: Yes. Dried berries in particular are bought by bakeries, cafés and dessert makers by weight rather than by pack. Tell us the quantity in your message and we will price it properly.
How do I know an item is in stock?: Everything listed on the shop page is stocked. If something goes out between your message and our reply we will say so straight away rather than leaving you waiting.

How long does delivery take?: Within Cameroon, 24 to 48 hours at most from the moment the order is confirmed. Orders confirmed late in the day go out the next working morning.
Do you deliver outside the city?: Yes, across Cameroon. Delivery outside the main cities can sit at the longer end of the 48 hour window.
How much is delivery?: It depends where you are. We confirm the delivery cost in the same message as the total, before anything is dispatched.

Are the perfume oils alcohol free?: Yes. They are concentrated oils with no alcohol, which is why they last longer on the skin and do not dry it out.
How do I use the portable bidet?: Fill it with warm water, close the cap, invert it and squeeze. Rinse it after each use and let it air dry with the cap off. No batteries and nothing to replace.
Do the dried berries contain added sugar?: No. Nothing is added: no sugar, no colouring. Keep the pack sealed in a cool cupboard.
Will a body mist last all day?: On moisturised skin, most of a day. Spraying onto damp skin after a shower and layering a perfume oil underneath makes the biggest difference.
