You have 72 hours to return a product, provided it is still intact. The detail is below.

The return window

How long do I have?: 72 hours from delivery. Message us inside that window and the return is accepted; after it, we can only help at our discretion.
What does intact mean?: Unused, unopened where the product came sealed, with its packaging and any tags still on it, and in the condition it arrived in. A seal that has been broken on a fragrance, a mist that has been sprayed, or an opened food pack cannot be resold and cannot be returned.
How do I start a return?: Message the same WhatsApp thread as the order, tell us what you are returning and why, and we will arrange collection or tell you where to drop it.

Personal care: The portable bidet can be returned unused in its sealed packaging. Once it has been filled or used it cannot come back, for the same reason you would not want to receive one that had.
Fragrance: Body mists and perfume oils can be returned sealed. A bottle that has been sprayed or rolled has been used, and is not returnable.
Dried berries: Sealed packs only. An opened food pack cannot be resold and is not returnable unless there is something wrong with it, in which case tell us straight away.

When am I refunded?: Once the item is back with us and checked. We aim to settle it within a working day of receiving it, through the same channel you paid by.
Can I exchange instead?: Yes, and it is usually quicker. Tell us what you would rather have when you message and we can swap it on collection.
Who pays the return cost?: We do, when the fault is ours: a wrong item, a damaged item, or something that is not what the page said it was. If you have simply changed your mind, the return trip is yours.

Something is wrong with what I received: Message us with a photograph as soon as you notice. A faulty product is replaced or refunded in full, and the 72 hour window is not the point in that case: tell us whenever you find it.
