Where we deliver, how long it takes, and what happens if something goes wrong on the way.
Where we deliver
- Coverage
- We deliver throughout Cameroon. Orders in and around the main cities are the quickest; anywhere else sits at the longer end of the window below.
- Outside Cameroon
- Not at the moment. If you are abroad and want something sent, message us and we will tell you honestly whether it is workable.
How long it takes
- Standard delivery
- 24 to 48 hours maximum from the moment the order is confirmed. Most orders arrive inside 24.
- Cut off
- Orders confirmed during the working day are prepared the same day. Anything confirmed in the evening goes out the following morning, and the window starts then.
- Tracking
- We message you when the order leaves us and again when it is out for delivery. If you have not heard from us inside 48 hours, message the same thread and we will chase it.
Cost and payment
- Delivery cost
- It varies with distance. We confirm it in writing along with the order total, before anything is dispatched, so there is never a figure you did not agree to.
- Paying
- Payment is arranged in the same WhatsApp thread as the order. Nothing is charged through this website and no card details are ever entered here.
If something goes wrong
- Damaged on arrival
- Photograph it before unpacking any further and send us the picture the same day. A product that arrives damaged is replaced or refunded; you are not out of pocket for a courier's mistake.
- Wrong item
- Tell us and we will collect it and send the right one. You do not pay the return cost when the error is ours.
